Description
This emotional drama, told from the point of view of the physically challenged, realistically shows the problems and triumphs of a wheelchair-bound high school student. Bill, a teenage boy struggling with inclusion in a new school, tries to deal with problems such as stereotyping and inaccessibility. His friend tries to pressure him not to cross the social lines into the mainstream world, but Bill persists.
This program is designed to help increase understanding between physically challenged and non-physically challenged individuals. It confronts many of the day-to-day issues they face, while raising provocative questions about whether we can all truly be equal.
