Before he opened his own construction company, Ted Herz worked in the chemical industry. Arnold Penner, head of his own multimillion-dollar real estate development/investment business in New York City, started out as a car salesman.
In section one of this program, Herz discusses his frustrations in the corporate world, how he turned his home remodeling hobby into a full-fledged career, and the kinds of things that have to be considered when dealing with so many projects and clients.
In section two, Penner talks about the appeal of real estate and how hard work has paid off for him as he tours viewers through several of his NYC properties.
