#6826  The RIASEC Inventory provides individuals a fast and informative way to explore occupations based on their interests.

Using the RIASEC system developed by John Holland – the most widely used occupational interest coding system – this inventory allows users to identify their job interests by responding to 72 work activity statements.

It then guides them to match those interests to potential careers and offers suggestions for further research. The inventory is self-scoring and self-interpreting, takes 10-15 minutes to complete, and is based on decades of research.
