Quick and easy to administer in 1-3 hours, this timed assessment of aptitudes and abilities relating to skills for success in vocational training and jobs is designed for counselors or instructors without a background in assessment, and includes several components stored and locked in a portable carrying case.
Here’s how this fun and engaging program works: Up to 5 participants receive hands-on performance activities which simulate actual work aptitudes required in training and jobs. Time and error scores are recorded as participants progress through 8 work-related activities. The computer analyzes results and generates an easy-to-read report that enables you to pinpoint positive and negative work performances.
Program includes manual and technical guide, carrying case, computer software (Windows/MAC/Apple) for scoring and reporting, and 8 hands-on performance-based work samples (Clerical/Verbal, Motor Coordination, Clerical/Numerical, Finger Dexterity, Manual Dexterity, Form Perception, Spatial Perception, Color Perception.
