#7742 Research reveals that cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is the most effective form of treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This updated program helps professionals work with clients who are suffering from addiction and PTSD.
The three main components of the program include:
- Mindful Relaxation
- Flexible Thinking
- Patient Education
Within each of the six core sessions and three optional ones, goals, timing for both individual and group sessions, and client handouts are included. Notes are provide throughout, providing tips and suggestions to maximize effectiveness. Sessions include:
