By Kenneth Shore, Psy.D.
#7706 This 4-part professional training video series presents a comprehensive program of strategies for preventing and dealing with bullying in the school community.
Dealing with the pervasive problem of bullying requires practical evidence-based strategies that can be integrated into the fabric of the school. Dr. Shore presents powerful and proven strategies that target specific groups, as well as providing valuable resources.
Merely showing a video to students in their classrooms and other “one-shot” approaches do not produce a lasting impact. Thus, the series targets the following groups:
- Volume 1: Administrators and Pupil Services (32 minutes)
- Volume 2: Teachers (30 min.)
- Volume 3: Parents (29 min.)
- Volume 4: Paraprofessionals (27 min.)
Through the use of the video and the accompanying book, each group learns critical information on what they can do to specifically address, reduce, and eliminate bullying in our schools.
The program consists of 4 DVDs and 4 accompanying books (one of each for each of the groups listed above). Closed-captioned.
