Linda Thornburg has co-authored with Ceel Pasternak the "Cool Careers for Girls" series, and has written volumes individually, the most recent being Cool Careers for Girls in Cybersecurity and National Security.

Well known for her coverage of human resource and career topics for business audiences, Linda has more than 20 years experience as a writer, editor, and communications professional. She has been named to "Who's Who in America" and "Who's Who Among American Women."

For the past 12 years, after a career in trade association communications, Linda has operated her own writing business. Her current work on career books for young girls reflects her fascination with the changes that have occurred in the working environment for women during the past 30 years.
