This program focuses specifically on challenges incarcerated females may encounter in their job search and beyond, after release from prison.

Gives self-esteem building exercises and shows viewers how to write their own positive script for life. Shows them how to overcome obstacles that may have led them to making choices resulting in illegal activities.

Numerous interactive exercises are provided, and also a study guide for the facilitator and copy-ready sheets to be used by students.
