The customer is right...even when the customer is not. This program about customer service demonstrates pitfalls in dealing with the public...and how to avoid those pitfalls. Students learn how to:
- Communicate effectively to succeed in all areas of life.
- Let people know what you want, what you think, in a positive manner.
What are you communicating to an employer by the way you speak? No matter what type of job you have, communication is a key factor.
Each section of the program is followed by questions and class discussion. A study guide is included for the facilitator PLUS copy-ready sheets to be used by students.
