Gary N.Rubin, Ph.D., has over 30 years of experience in human relations, communications, nonprofit management, higher education, and fundraising. Currently, he is President of G.N. Rubin and Associates, Inc., and serves as Vice-President for University Advancement at Towson University in Maryland.

For 14 years he served as a communications professor at Old Dominion University in Virginia and Associate Vice-president for University Advancement. Dr. Rubin was also the director of several nonprofit agencies involved in fundraising. He led the consolidation of two nonprofit agencies to create the fourth largest agency of its kind in North America.

During his career Dr. Rubin has received many honors, including an American Council on Higher Education fellowship, a distinquished alumni achievement award from the College of Fine Arts and Comunications at Towson University, and an honorary alumnus designation from Old Dominion University.

Holding a Ph.D. in the area of communication theory from Bowling Green State University in Ohio, he has excelled in providing motivational speaking, training, and executive coaching to numerous organizations and individuals, both for-profit and nonprofit, through workshops, seminars, retreats, and one-to-one coaching.
