We value our customers who want to place orders online from outside the contiguous United States. This includes Hawaii, Alaska, APO, and FPO. We are aware of difficulties some of you may be having when you get to the shipping section of the ordering process on our website.
If you experience a problem with placing your order online, there are three easy solutions to placing your order.
1. Call us on our toll-free line: 1-800-361-1055. If you call outside business hours of 8:30 to 4:30 p.m., just leave a message about your order, and we will get back to you the next business day.
2. Download an order form or write out your order, and fax it to 703-335-9486. Be sure to include your contact information if you choose this alternative.
3. Send an e-mail to query@impactpublications.com.
