This complete inmate care program from intake to release and reintegration, was developed by Hazelden in partnership with the Minnesota Department of Corrections. Offers critical skills and tools for staying sober upon release and reintegration. The cognitive-behavioral approach helps inmates see how their attitudes and assumptions fuel destructive behaviors.
The program includes these six core modules (each comes with corresponding DVDs, a facilitator's guide, and 100 client workbooks):

- Criminal and Addictive Thinking
- Drug and Alcohol Education
- Socialization
- Relapse Prevention
- Release and Reintegration Preparation
The program includes a CD-ROM, which contains all program information, worksheets, and supplemental information. The CD also contains the Outcome Study Guidebook, Staff Guidebook, and Administrator's Guidebook.
