This two-hour training session uses individual and group activities, video, and mock interviews to help trainees learn how to handle tough interview questions such as "Why should I hire someone convicted of a crime?"

Designed for the non-professional trainer (corrections staff, probation and parole officers, case managers, alternative school counselors), this curriculum provides a step-by-step, easy to follow format. Copyright 2004.
