Research reveals that cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) is the most effective form of treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). This new, manualized curriculum helps addiction professionals use this treatment model with clients who are suffering from addiction and PTSD.
Spanning six core sessions and an additional three optional components, this program consists of:
- A therapist's manual that guides professionals through the best treatment practices based on the latest studies.
- A CD-ROM featuring reproducible client worksheets and handouts.
- Free online training with credits from the Department of Veterans Affairs National Center for PTSD.
