Users can get a much better understanding of how their personality impacts their career choices and career satisfaction. They can use that knowledge to more carefully consider workplace preferences, preferred learning styles, work motivators, and specific occupations of interest.
The CPI is broken down into the following steps:

- Total your scores
- Explore your career personality
- Explore your career options
This quick, 80-item assessment is similar to the Myers-Briggs and other personality assessments, while costing much less and taking much less time to administer. It is self-scoring and self-interpreting and takes approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. It can be given to groups or individuals. Correlates with the MBTI and similar-themed instruments.
