The program helps the viewer develop the attitude, resources, and know-how to meet their needs, analyze their options, and take action. Using the tools and approaches discussed in this DVD can help achieve employment success.
This program is divided into five sections. Each section asks the viewer to explore and analyze their personal situation with respect to the barriers being discussed.
Includes practical advice for any worker who faces barriers to success. The program also shows an interview with job retention expert John Liptak discussing the various barriers and how to overcome them. Actor portrayals of real-life situations are also provided.
