This program addresses the attitudes of ex-offenders upon transitioning from prison to the outside world. It asks viewers whether they turn off or turn away employers, friends, and co-workers because of their attitude.

Numerous scenes show how the ex-offender's attitude can lead to success or failure in the outside world. Viewers are asked:

• How is your attitude affecting your chances for employment, social, and family life?
  
• What are you saying to an employer by the way you behave and dress?

Each scene is followed by questions, facilitating discussions. A Study guide is included for facilitators that provides copy-ready sheets of class activities for students.
